if you bought from novafile website reseller list you should get your account, there is no scams there, don't know about other websites that offer reseller/shared accounts and such but yeah ... you should be carefull with those. Lots of scams out here.

If you did bought via novafile link email me and I can contact them in your behalf, you will get your account if was any issue with it.
